Carbs....

Hello all!

I know many of your are concerned about the NO CARBS AFTER 4 PM.... I am too! That is what makes this such a challenge! I have never done a low carb/ no carb diet so I am trying to figure out what Kenny and I will be eating for dinner for the next 28 days!!  PLEASE don't do anything that is dangerous to your health!  Balance out your meals so you are still getting in what you need for a healthy diet.... We are going to be eating salads, steaks, veggies, chicken, fish, eggs and skipping breads, pasta, potatoes, corn, sugar... etc...
