HOT FOR THE HOLIDAYS ... or whatever we want to call it!

Its a point system, you can do each of the below items once per day to get a max of 8 points per day.... $20 buy in, 28 days starting on Monday 10/15. Since we are only doing points you don't have to weigh/measure in but I would just so you can see your progress. We will have check ins on 10/21, 10/28, 11/04, 11/12 (final) to update your points. 

80 oz of water or more each day - 1 point

Did your "homework" - 2 points ** see below links 
No Carbs after 4pm each day - 1 point
100 push ups - 2 points
50 burpees - 2 points

1000 abs - (for the week you need to complete 1000 ab exercises, one homework assignment is 300-500 exercises ie crunches)

    Please don't hate me. Do you do all the exercises on blitz for the 2 points a day? Do you have a list of them? I'm super excited to do this. It should help with corss training for Mud Factor run.

    1. Yes, do all the exercises on the Blitz to earn the 2 points for that homework assignment. The idea is to do as many reps of each exercise in 1 min as possible. I uploaded the chart to FB is you want to keep track of your number of reps.
