Its a point system, you can do each of the below items once per day to get a max of 8 points per day.... $20 buy in, 28 days starting on Monday 10/15. Since we are only doing points you don't have to weigh/measure in but I would just so you can see your progress. We will have check ins on 10/21, 10/28, 11/04, 11/12 (final) to update your points.
80 oz of water or more each day - 1 point
Did your "homework" - 2 points ** see below links
No Carbs after 4pm each day - 1 point
100 push ups - 2 points
50 burpees - 2 points

1000 abs - (for the week you need to complete 1000 ab exercises, one homework assignment is 300-500 exercises ie crunches)

ReplyDeletePlease don't hate me. Do you do all the exercises on blitz for the 2 points a day? Do you have a list of them? I'm super excited to do this. It should help with corss training for Mud Factor run.
Yes, do all the exercises on the Blitz to earn the 2 points for that homework assignment. The idea is to do as many reps of each exercise in 1 min as possible. I uploaded the chart to FB is you want to keep track of your number of reps.
